Also colour variations are likely to occur due to the nature of natural raw materials used. No refunds or exchanges can be given on items made to your specification, unless there is a manufacturing defect or the goods are not as ordered Prices And Payment The prices for goods displayed for sale on this site are as set out on the site are inclusive of VAT. Delivery will be charged in addition, and any such additional charges are clearly displayed where they apply. Prices and delivery charges displayed are valid and effective only on mainland United Kingdom. VAT will be added to the price of the goods at the end of the ordering process prior to payment. Faulty Products If the product you purchase is faulty we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights, however within 3 days of recieval of product and the item being unsused, unwashed and unopened with all lables in place. The product must be unused, as new, in saleable condition and returned with the original product packaging. Orders which are made to measure or cut to your requirements cannot be exchanged or refunded (unless they are faulty). To return unwanted goods there will be a charge of £30 or 25% of the total cost of the returning goods, whichever is greater. All goods being returned must be unopened and in a re-sellable condition. This charge will be deducted from the refunded amount.In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach into our store.
